Flourishing Wildly

Flourishing, together.

In addition to training and consulting, I provide survivor-informed, neurodivergent-affirming support for individuals, families, and professionals navigating complex systems, identity, mental health, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in relational, autonomy-centered care that prioritizes humanity, nuance, and ethical support.

Liberation doula and support work is different from therapy, case management, or clinical treatment. My role is not to diagnose, pathologize, or “fix” people, but to walk alongside them while navigating systems, identity, survival, healing, disability, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.

My approach is grounded in harm reduction, relational support, autonomy, and survivor-informed care.

“People deserve care that recognizes the impact of trauma, oppression, disability, and systemic harm.”

Scheduling & Rates

I currently offer free 30-minute consultations to explore fit and support needs.

Ongoing support is offered through a sliding scale model, with limited pro bono and reduced-cost spaces available based on capacity and financial need.

Because this work is relational and individualized, support is not structured around rigid packages or treatment models.
